Bug report: looks like I get stuck in the restart game selection screen

Lesson learned... don't submit 5 mins before the deadline...

in my industry there is this concept known as a "smoke test" and sometimes known as an "integration test". Yep!! It's super important to get someone, or yourself, to play through the game before release, no matter what state of content you have ready, to make sure there are no fatal errors or obvious bugs that crop up. It's a great sanity check and helps prevent stuff like this. We've all been there, nothing to be embarrassed of, and it's a lesson worth learning.

Hi there! Please put your game controls into your game description! I almost quit playing before realizing the mouse was input, and I had so much more to see!

Your player character animation is absolutely awesome. I like where you were going with this, I always wanted to make a music based game and I'm glad you got to do it.  Once i got the gameplay, I really enjoyed seeing where my beat could go, and I think that idea has potential.

Before I figured out what the goal was, the game was very cryptic and I wasn't sure there was more to see.  I also think some improvements could be made on the player "weapon" as there is a recharge time, but there isn't any visual or audio indicator on when that time has elapsed.

Great job, you should be proud!

Hey! Wasn't sure if I was allowed to edit this page after submitting... but frick it I added the controls in the description anyways. Thanks a lot for the feedback as well! I was thinking of further polishing the game for fun and haven't thought about visualizing the cooldown of the attack. Will add that for sure.

Thanks again for the compliments and feedback, truly made my day

Happy to make your day. You earned it. Making games is hard and you did it anyway.
You're totally able to update your itch page after submission (you just can't update the uploaded attachments)
